Looking for BAS expert to fix my simple signup script

I have a pretty simple script I built that goes to a URL and signs up with information from two txt files (a list of names and a list of emails), however one of the final steps I can't seem to figure out a workaround to actually automate this. Would like to hire someone to help with the last step, should be pretty simple.
